The Dogwood Hill team loves receiving images from beautiful parties that have used our paper for their events! The images of this Charlottesville, Virginia rehearsal dinner for Carlie and Richard Graf this past October is no exception! Sister-in-law to the groom, Mary Graf of James Dean Lane Blog, had a hand in coordinating all of the details for this lovely fall night:

“When first asked to help with the planning of my brother-in-law’s rehearsal dinner, I knew my first move would be to choose an invitation.  In all the parties I’ve planned, I feel like picking the stationery sets the tone and theme of the party right off the bat!  It was no surprise, my go-to and long time favorite, Dogwood Hill had exactly what I was looking for.  You see, the groom is an avid outdoorsman, in a southern gentleman kind-of-way.  He enjoys hunting a 10 member private club located near Columbia, South Carolina known as Muller Lake and recently hosted all of his groomsmen on a quail hunt at Cameron’s Quail Preserve located in a little Alabama town called Aliceville.  His favorite of all though, is hunting our family farm in Southwest Virginia.  The Festive Fowl collection that features Inslee Fariss’ artwork encapsulated exactly what I wanted for the evening. The design was complimented perfectly by the deep, natural colors and game feathers in the flower arrangements by Lauren Thompson, CEO and owner of Bloom Charlottesville. It was a lovely evening, and the menu and invitations will make great keepsakes for the Bride and Groom.  Thank you, Dogwood Hill.”

We love the feathers that were incorporated into the arrangements – a subtle nod to the fowls on all of the evening’s stationery.
