We are excited to introduce our next Holiday Tastemaker, Mark D. Sikes, of Mark D. Sikes Interiors. After two successful decades in visual merchandising for well-known apparel brands, Mark launched his interior design business and immediately attracted national attention in publications from Veranda to Architectural Digest. Mark is known for creating beautiful and timeless interiors, and his love of big white houses, graceful gardens, and all things blue and white. His first book, Beautiful: All American Decorating and Timeless Style, is a celebration of American style today, showcasing chic and accessible ideas for every home.
Mark worked with Dogwood Hill artist Gina Langford to create this beautiful blue and white clad collection. Mark envisioned an “explosion of blue and white ceramics” which Gina brilliantly captured, as well as the inclusion of topiaries, citrus and Mark’s beloved French Bulldog, Lily.
We hope you enjoy learning a bit more about Mark from our interview below. We have included all of the pictures from his Tastemaker Collection at the bottom of this post and you can shop the full Mark D. Sikes Holiday Collection on our website here.
