Continue reading for Casey’s newborn essentials!

As a second time mom I’m definitely not as worried about having “all the gear” that I had the first time around. However, there are a few tried-and-true things that I know I can’t do without, as well as some NEW things that have come out in the last six years since my last daughter was born that I am so excited to try!:

-The Bibs Pacifiers were the only ones my daughter Zoe preferred, so I’m definitely scooping up a fresh batch for baby Phoebe!

Muslin Burp Cloths... need I say more? I’ll take 12 packs please, especially when they come in such a fun pack of cute colors!

-Speaking of cute colors, these Honest Baby Rainbow Onesies are all baby Phoebe will be wearing. So cute, so soft, so chic!

-The Frida Touchless Thermometer is a must, and I’m SO excited to try the Frida Electric Nail Buffer! WHERE was that six years ago?! I kept baby Zoe in those little cotton mittens for so long because I was so afraid to cut her nails!

-We’re already obsessed with our Hatch sound machine, and I’m so excited about this little portable one!

-I’ve been eyeing a Slumberpod since the first time I saw one and I’m SO thrilled to have one to travel with! I can only imagine how it will improve the quality of our family vacations!

-The new and improved Boppy Nursing Pillow was calling my name. I wore our old one out and am thrilled that the new design is so slender, it seems like it will be very nursing chair friendly. I of course HAD to have the Boppy Cover from Pottery Barn Kids that is covered in artwork by my friend, and fellow Dogwood Hill artist, Riley Sheehey!

-And speaking of the Riley Sheehey x Pottery Barn Kids collab, that’s also where I got Phoebe’s baby blanket! The bears, the fluff, the perfection, I love it all!

-If there’s one “splurge” item I can’t say enough about, it’s the Artipoppe Zeitgeist Baby Carrier! It’s an investment, but the quality is unmatched and it is so so comfortable to wear and easy to put on! I got one with my first daughter and we used it more than any other baby purchase. The cherry on top is that, all this time later, mine is still in perfect condition and ready for baby Phoebe! I couldn’t recommend it more!

-Also, I might be a little biased, but I am so tickled to get to use the Dogwood Hill Milestone Cards that feature my artwork! I’ll definitely be snapping pics of baby Phoebe next to our Cottagecore Milestone Cards

-And speaking of cards, I’m currently writing my thank you notes on a collection of my Dogwood Hill Thank You Cards! (Cottagecore, Snowdrop Meadow Pink, and Swan Blooms)
