Christine Carrier’s  Gild Wedding Suite was the inspiration for this lovely table at our Paper Petals Plates event. The Florentine Building, located in Downtown Birmingham and known for its stunning architectural details and light-filled ballroom, set the stage beautifully for our night.  Michael Sanchez, the Florentine’s in-house florist, designed this table using an array of gold and pink hues for an overall glamorous look.

The dramatic stair-stepped floral centerpieces are filled with maidenhair and foxtail fern, an exotic palette of roses, and punctuated with plumes of fuchsia cockscomb. The intricate golden layer of chargers, plates, and flatware echo the delicate “Gilded” greenery vines and wreaths of the inspiration paper (scroll to the bottom to view and shop the Gild Wedding Suite). The soft petal pink linens grounding this table pack the design’s final “pretty in pink” punch.
