SouthernLiving.com – Is a Thank-You Text Ever Okay?

Excerpt: Jennifer Hunt, founder and CEO of Birmingham, Alabama-based stationery company Dogwood Hill, agrees. “A thank you in any form is always better than no thank you at all,” says Hunt. “If it’s a hectic time and someone has brought something like a meal or gift, a thank-you text in the moment or when the item is being used is a nice way to make sure you do it. But it is always best to follow up with a thank-you note.”
